Honesty would rather spend my hard earned money at any other property int he world where you feel welcomed. A guest pass for the day is $300!!!!! They have 3 water slides and a tidal pool. They want your money and could care less about the hotel guests. Additionally, to get into the pool area they frisk you, no outside food or drinks. Overall just a horrible vacation experience and the opposite of what a relaxing fun time should. Then when we finally got in there were no seats anywhere. We were 4 people and they only wanted to give us 3 wristbands so had to argue for that too. We got to hotel at 10:30, long line to check in, got the wrong room and had to switch, an even longer line to get wristbands for Tidal Cove. However, they open it up to hotel guests, members, local residents and worst of all kids bday parties. This is my 2nd time here and after the first time I swore I wouldn’t come back but was forced to come again against my will.
